1.Description
YA2470 vibrating screen is a new type of vibrating screen designed by our company in combination with the optimized design of the production site. It can be widely used in mining, building materials and other industries to screen various loose minerals and rocks. According to customer demand, we can provide two-layer and three-layer series vibrating screen.YA series vibrating screen is a new type of vibrating screen optimized and designed by our company in combination with actual production operation. It adopts cylinder type eccentric shaft excitation and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude.
2.Advantages
1. The vibrating screen adopts eccentric shaft and eccentric block structure, which makes the amplitude adjustable and ensures higher screening efficiency.
2. Adopt oil lubrication structure, only one time filled, just regular replacement the lubricating oil.
3. All can be assembled with different aperture modular screen.
4. Flange side plate, beam and supporting base are connected with high-strength bolts. So that there is no welding stress existed.
5. Vibration spring with steel spring makes the vibrating screen service life longer.
3.Features
1. The frequency, amplitude and angle of the vibrating screen are adjustable to improve the screening efficiency.
2. Steel wire mesh or polyurethane mesh (tension-type and combined type) with different mesh sizes can be selected.
3. The exciter adopts block eccentric design, external modular integration, and can adopt oil lubrication or thin oil automatic lubrication.
4. The flange side plate, beam and support base are connected with high-strength bolts. Therefore, there is no welding stress.
5. Elimination of vibration technology is applied to avoid horizontal shaking caused by sympathetic vibration when start or stop the machine.
6. The composite rubber springs are used with features of stable vibration and low noise.
7. It is optional to use the dust-proof sealing device for the vibrating screen according to customers' request.
